1. Introduction

Welcome to Codvo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Codvo provides digital product development services including but not limited to SaaS development, web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and consultancy. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement will be defined in a separate project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the work product created specifically for your project are transferred to you. Codvo retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

All pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in the development process remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule
  • Supply all necessary content, assets, and access required for the project
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. We will provide a quote for any out-of-scope work before proceeding.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation extends for a period of three years after the conclusion of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Codvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any unused deposit will be refunded.
